Dressage Day/Beach Weekend

Wow, certainly has been a long time sense I have posted anything on here.

Well, the dressage day I was so excited about got cancelled, nothing is going right for me I don't think. I finally got enough practice and was about to start plaiting my horse when my mother arrived telling me that she had just had a call saying that it was no longer going to be held. Got another month to wait before I can do it now :(

So instead of going out to the dressage we headed to the beach with the horses. I ended up getting to go Saturday and Sunday which was awesome. Saturday I took Oscar, he hated the whole thing. Rearing, bucking and spinning was the only thing on his mind. That wasn't much fun, the poor thing wouldn't even get his feet wet!

Sunday Buddy came down and we took Jess and her horse Carlton with us. Getting there was a little interesting... Only took us an hour and a half to get Carlton on the float. He certainly isn't a light horse when he rears (could have something to do with him being a draught x tb).

When we got there we were pretty quick to get onto the beach. Didn't take long for Jess to get Carlton into the water, even with it being pretty rough. Also didn't take her long to fall off... into the water... fully clothed :D Ha Jess, at least it wasn't me!

We rode a fair way down the beach, Buddy really seemed to enjoy himself... I don't like being pig rooted on though! After riding back we unsaddled and took them into the water for a play. Bud wasn't to sure about that, he did enjoy his roll in the sand afterwards though.

I did have a great weekend, so it was all worth it!

Dressage Day

Right, doing my first dressage test in 6 days and I have no idea what I am doing. I wasn't going to go seeing as I have no idea about dressage and can't even trot a decent cirlce on Buddy but I decided I didn't care if I made a fool of myself, I would support my club.

So wish me luck.

I am certainly going to need it.

New Phone

Yay, I got the new phone I had been looking at. Wasn't planning to get it when I went in, but thought I might as well. It's a pink vs2 and I can't stop playing. I am finding it rather amusing.

Money Making Online...

Joined a money making site today. Was talking to some people online and got a referal, seems good.

Bad Day

Don't you hate when you have one of those really bad days...

It's 2 pm, I am still sitting in bed and almost everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. I have my first Saturday off work for ages, I want to get out and ride my horses, but hey, it started raining last night and it still hasn't stopped!

I thought ok, Chris has the day off work, we will do something then. But he has better things to do then see me. There goes that to.

Even my mother has plans. So here I am sitting in bed, thinking about cleaning... (I hate cleaning!)

It's becoming rather sad really.

Random

Here is my first random blog posting.

I really have no idea what to write, and I doubt I will for a long time. I thought I might as well waste my day doing this. What else would I be doing, other then cleaning the house.
